We normally expect orders placed through the online shop to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be deemed as being placed on Monday. Please note: Delivery date may be affected by product availability and location of delivery. However a member of staff will be in contact in such a situation either by email or phone.
Salt Products
We offer the following options for shipping salt products. Shipping costs show in the product page, shopping basket or on checkout.
1. Courier – usually 2 working days nationwide. Next day delivery possible if ordered before noon.
2. Service Van – could take up to 3 weeks, only available within a 60 mile radius of Charleville. This method is ideal for larger salt orders. See map of area covered by our van deliveries below. We recommend calling the office for heavy or large salt orders within the radius to allow for lower cost delivery.
3. Collect yourself from our premises in Charleville. No charge.
How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
We will dispatch your order if the item is available or as soon as it is in stock. When your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery times within 2-5 working days
Product Availability
If your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected availability date. This date is based on information we receive from suppliers and will as up-to-date as possible.
