We have been with them for over 2 years now and are very pleased with our water softener system and filtered drinking water tap giving peace of mind to the quality of water our children and family as a whole are drinking. We also used to have a huge problem with limescale build up and had to descale our kettle weekly, imagine what that was doing to the rest of our appliances! But that problem has been eradicated now. Very happy customer.
