It has been confirmed that no water charges will apply while any householder’s water supply is under a boil water notice and the water supply is not fit for human consumption. Currently, where a water supply has been declared unfit for human consumption for less than three months the householder gets half off their water input supply, or 25 per cent of the total bill.
